RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Clearvex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

60-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused or in substantially the same condition as received.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- We may request photos of the product and packaging before approving a return.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered processing or has already shipped.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We may be unable to accept returns for:

- Products that have been substantially used
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned outside the 60-day return period
